		Silicone Sheets and Rolls At Ilene Industries, we are pleased to announce our most recent addition. In 2005, we expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include solid silicone. Our capabilities include: Rolls from 1/64" thick up to 1/4" thick. 36" wide and 48" wide rolls available (custom widths up to 48" wide also available). 36" x 36" sheets 1/8" thick up to 2" thick. Red, Gray, White, and Black colors available. We meet a variety of specs, including but not limited to: ZZ-R-765, A-A-59588, A-A-55759, ASTM-D-2000, AMS-3301 thru AMS-3304, and more! Our in-house tool and die shop combines years of experience with the latest technology to ensure your tooling is precise and will live up to the demand of high use. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to: Cutting up to a 30" x 50" sheet of material. 		Custom Gasket Manufacturing Die Cut Water-Jet Cut Hand Fabrication At Ilene Industries, we have a variety of methods to produce the gasket you need. Using state-of-the-art computer aided design and programming, we can fabricate your gaskets through water-jet technology. Our in-house tool and die shop ensures a fast turn-around on all die cut parts. Since we have a large variety of materials available through our short-yardage program, we have the ability to fabricate gaskets in any quantity you need. 		Water-Jet Cutting Water-Jet cutting has become one of the fastest and most reliable methods for cutting gaskets. Water-Jet cutting uses a stream of water so powerful that it cuts through material cleanly and precisely in a single pass without shredding or crushing. At Ilene Industries, we have perfected this process. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to: Cutting up to a 4' x 8' sheet of material. Cut thicknesses up to 4".
